I run into so many people who are frustrated and the pragmatist in me always tells them, 'don't leave until you have something to go to'. From a recruiting perspective, it's a sad fact that the unemployed are less attractive to employers than the employed. I'm stealing this line but it's still true, "people want what others have, not what they discarded".
